It is that time of the year again to consider installing Winter Tires on your vehicle. Recenly I had a discussion with a mechanic from Jiffy Lube in Mankato, Minnesota and he agreed with me that Winter Tires can make all of the different in traction on snow and ice in the North.

I am not sure if you would save any money if you are thrifty, however the cost saving of gas mileage in a sedan vs driving a much larger and more costly SUV could save you money.
